Now for Serenity...In compliant mode, Serenity will break the map into approximately 35 blocks, plus a separate block for every tag in the map...Thus any changes made to any tag, will be localized, and not effect other tags after it in the map...To have this kind of precision however, the map file must be nearly flawless, so that Serenity has access to all the proper data, and can find correct starting and ending points...Serenity in compliant mode will actually allow holes, as long as they are contained on either side with correct data

You know, I took the time to read the entire post for this new serenity including the paragraph that im quoting here and I thought that i wasnt going to get it since i dunno a lick about "modding"; but it actually made sense.

So thanks Iron (and crew if you have one) for all the hard work you guys do to make patching maps (especially all the cool sp-mp ones) much easier. I can actually say that I am pretty excited about this and now i can grab some of those sp-mp conversions that i really wanted and use the precision factor of serenity to get them on my box the way that I wanted them from the get-go.

Every time i try using it says the application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135). Any help? I tried to dl other versions none will work. PLEASE help!

You need to install libray files just type the name of the error in google and you'll get a link. To the libray files you need to download.

Edit: I found my copy just download and run.
