File Not Found Fix

Idk, ive seen alot of people making stupid guides on how to fix this. Some people say "download someone else's mod" or re-install it, blahhh blah. All you need to do is download Microsoft .NET framework 1.1 resdisrutable. (I have windows vista). Also make sure your "maps" folder is not marked "read-only", in properties. (Vista)
