How to rebuild a Campaign map
A tutorial can be found here. The correct way to set up your files before rebuilding is like this:

[scnr] Scenario "Build\levels\map name\map name.scnr.meta"

Leave everything the same here

[tagc] Multiplayer Scenario "Build\ui\ui_tags_loaded_solo_scenario_type.tagc.meta"

BSP chunks to choose before rebuilding
These are the meta files that you have to correct when you rebuild a campaign map. They are different in every level.

a10 - levels\a10\a10a
a30 - levels\a30\a30_a
a50 - levels\a50\a50_exterior
b30 - levels\b30\b30a
b40 - levels\b40\b40_a1
c10 - levels\c10\c10_exteriora
c20 - To be revealed
c40 - To be revealed
d20 - levels\d20\d20_start
d40 - To be revealed
