How to Make Permantly Disabled Weapons

This is will make so weapons that overheat like the plasma rifle, are disabled once picked up. You can't shoot anything because it immediatley over heats. I found this out while I tried to make it have no overheat...
1. Open a map of your choice.
2. Go to the [weap] tag, and look for weapons/plasma rifle/plasma rifle
3. Scroll down till you see the picture below, change the values to what I have there, I believe you need the 64 plugin pack as well.
And your done, go into the game and try!
