I know how to mod and stuff but how do i creat a map from scratch, what tools do i need????

You need Halo:Custom Edition (CE). There's an entire section of this forum devoted to CE, check it out.
Made from scratch maps are not a Halo:PC thing unless you convert CE maps.
btw: this is not a place to request tutorials.

ok thats all i wanted to know, i have that already and am using it. just didnt know if could make from scratch or not. thatnks for the information.

Just to clarify you can make from scratch in CE. Just not in PC, which is where this topic is right now.
