anyone have a prob opening maps with hmt? when i try to open a map it says not a valid halo map file.

if you have halo ce and are trying to open them from halo ce it wont work,but if you are opening them from halo then sorry i cannot help you.

Well like what the last person siad, it wont work if they are Halo CE maps.
Also, if you are currently playing the map as you try to open it, it wont open as well

for one thing, dont double post.

for another thing, for the rims, you have to skin that (hence the tutorial). for the text, he took the screenshot, then used an image program like photoshop to put the text in (quite simple)

sorry about the double post but i need to ask how to add extra weapons into the game like energy sword and battle rifle
also it doesnt let me rebuild maps because it says i missing blood gultch test. meta so i need help!

This is for skinning vehicles in halo, not photoshop manipulating.

And also, there is no battle rifle in halo pc, if you mean for halo 2, ask in the halo 2 modding section.
