ok, if ur not getting the "vehicle IDs" in the right window, reinstall HMT because the 60 plugins (if ur using them) remove these options. Edit the vehicles how you want them, then reapply the 60 plugins.

and this is a really bad bump, but hey, it might help someone, you never know...
