PC - Beginner - Setting Up A Modding Enviroment

This is a very short tutorial on how to set up a modding enviroment for Halo PC. I included several links to download various programs so if one link's download server is down, you can try another link. And there were many program choices meaning that if you did not like a certain program, you can choose another.

I included at least one screenshot for each program so that you can preview it. There are actually several people that keep asking for download links and what programs to use so this should hopefully help newbies.

Unlike many other tutorials, I used PROPER spelling and grammer.

This tutorial is in MS Word format. I will be releasing more chapters later on about actually how to mod step-by-step. I hope you enjoy my tutorial.
