K this tutorial was requested by a member on this site, i am not guna point names but anways this is a video tutorial on how to inject weather into a map that does not have weather.
there is speech included threw out the hole video so you can understand better so i talk u threw it.
i mdea this tut for the purpose of more guidence on how to do it, maybe some people dont leanr by picture tuts but anways here it is.
