Proper way to spawn a Heretic Banshee

1. Open entity an switch it meta editor.
2. Scroll down to the vehc and open the banshee up there.
3. Set the permutation to say Heretic
4. Save and resign.

Isn't it damaged when it spawns?

Nope. The only way I could see it being damaged is if it falls or something lands on it. (Or the permutations you put in were incorrect.
