HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I Need a good program for skinni ng that is esay to use and some help with adding vehicles from campaign mode to multiplayer because every time i try i get a blackscreen when it should load also i cant seem to get a jackle shield to work i cant even look were it spawns or go near ti without it freezing can you people please hep me with it
