Ok first thing, open up Insolence. Open the map you want the scenery in and the map that has the scenery you are looking for. In this tutorial I will use the Pelican. You can find that in 03a_oldmombasa. Drag and drop the scenery tag for the pelican_crashed. And when that is done click fix map signature.
Now in Entity with your map opened, find the [itmc] tag and duplicate any of the tags by right clicking it and selecting duplicate. Once done, go to [proj] and go to the rocket launcher rocket. (it should be near the bottom) Duplicate that as well.
Once it is finished open up the duplicated [itmc] tag. It should look identical only with a (1) at the end. Right click under description and go to display, idents. click the only one labeled item and hit swap. A box will come up and pull down the small box. scroll down to proj and select it. In the big box scroll down to weapons/support_low/rocket launcher/rocket (1) and select that. then click swap ident.
Now go to the duplicated rocket [proj] tag. right click under description and click display, idents. And the first one should be labeled object properties. highlight it and right click and hit swap. Now in the big pull down box, scroll down until you find objects\vehicles\pelican\crashed\pelican_crashed. Select that and then hit Swap ident. Now you can swap the impact effect and the first "type" labeled effe. They will give you differant properties during the flyby and when it hits anything. But you don't have to.
Now, open up the [scnr] tag. and display idents again. Scroll down until you find a lot of collections and under "points to tag name" find something that you are willing to sacrafice like a few grenades or a rocket launcher ammo. highlight however many you want to sacrafice and turn to the pelican. Swap those by right clicking and hitting swap and finding the duplicated [itmc] tag we made earlier in the pull down box.
Once you are done, go to the [sbsp] tag and go under tools at the top right side of Entity and click on raw editor. This may take a while to pop up. Once it does go to the top of the screen and pull down visible spawns and hit collections.
Now whatever items you swapped in the [scnr] tag is where the pelicans will be. Since the pelicans are huge they won't be hard to find.

Ok, once you are there, close out entity and open up DotHalo. Go to the [itmc] tag and find the item that was cloned. in the tag editor, change the respawn time to what you want. It is in seconds so it should be a little easy determining the time. I do around 7 seconds. Once that is changed to your liking, go to the coloned rocket [proj] tag and change the initial and final speed to your liking. I have mine at about 10-25. With that done, close the map, FTP and enjoy your active scenery!
