(mod/Tut] Trees with collision and tut (TeamDefiance)

This mod is basically a mod I've been working on for a while that just hasnt got anywhere. Im getting really tired of it and I thought ide just realease it how it is and through in a tut explaining how I did it.
Zanzibar
Filled with 50+ trees with collision
Brute Plasma spawns where Invisibility usually spawns
Pistol replaces needler
Sounds changed and wheel slowed down
Generator inside base removed
Blocs scattered for a more realistic feel in my opinion
Tank has 4 passanger seats it has in campaign.
In the Rar there is a Tut on how to spawn the trees. I know this isnt a full scale mod but It was making me mad and I thought I wouldnt hold it back any longer. Almost forgot to mention its 100% system link compatible.

Are these CUSTOM models with CUSTOM collision models? Because I thought Zanzibar already had trees with collision models.

The tree model and collision is already in the map but noone has released a mod to my knowlege where they spawn more than the trees already on the map with collsion.

dude if u dont understand how to do it or wat hes talking about then just shut the fuck up.
these are trees added normal added scenery only have collision to bullets but he made them have collision to everthing(except the top of the trees for some reason)

That's a perfectly reasonable way to react to what I said.
I did not flame him, I simply asked if they were custom, as in not from inside the game, I did not say he used ones from in the game, I was just confused as to what he did. In his original post he did not in any way, shape, or form say whether the model is custom or just plain scenery that was duplicated.
But back on topic...nice job on getting out the first one, lol, reminds me of good ole' log spawning fort mods....mmmmhm, won't be long before those...lol.

If you spawn them through sncr the correct way and not with itmc then im pretty sure they will have collision without doing it the way you did it

speaking of trees, besides adding them, is there a way to null them out compltely?

duplicating scenerny and placing them around the map is easy, you just have to duplicate the chunks in the scenario. the real challange is scenery from other maps to have perfect collision models. for some reason that is more diffacult then it should be.
btw, speaking of log mods, someone should make a block/platform like the ones they used in NMP. i believe its fairly easy since DM can edit collision models(plugin) and inject custom models.

thats what I thought, and the BSP dosen't either I'm told, why can't anyone edit collisions

collision model plugin? man u can actually edit the model size... and actually make it the same exact collision size.....
