[TUT] How To Make Cool Weapon Effects by Halo Arena

Ok well when i made Dark Circuitry a few of my friends wanted me to make a tutorial on how to make effects or edit them whatever so i did, and i know many of you know how to make effects but for those who dont then here you go and now that this tutorial is out i expect lots of effects in these mods that are coming out 
Tell me if this tutorial helped you at all and if you have any trouble and also something i didnt include in the tutorial is to examine other peoples mods causs it might help you on different ways of setting up the whole projectile layout for your effects

No problem and when making effects remember to try not to make the same effects over and over again instead try and be creative

Yeah well i was kind of in a hurry and what i said in the tutorial is the basics of effects the other half is being creative when making them and testing to find out what each prt3, pmov, PRTM look like and how they go good together
