This is how to create a Hammer of Dawn from Gears of War

First you want to pick your map to put your Hammer of Dawn on. I'll be using Turf.
First, open Entity, and open up your map.
Find the projectile for the sniper rifle
and right click it than click duplicate.
than, find contrails and find
effects\objects\vehicles\wraith\turrets\mortar\projectile
than do the same thing to duplicate it.
it should say like sniper_shot(1). when i say to edit/swap dependincies for sniper shot and wraith shot, use the ones with (1) at the end.
Close Entity.
Open up your map in DotHalo
1) Go to [weap] tag for the Sentinel Beam, it should now be on objects\characters\sentinel_agressor\weapon\beam\s entinel_agressor_beam
as show below:

2) Go into Tag Editor and put the Number of projectiles to 5.
3) Go to Projectile at the bottom and select 0 in the dropdown menu.
4)Edit the X coordinate to 3, the Y coordinate to 0, and the Z coordinate to 10
5)The real Hammer of Dawn never runs out of ammo so we will put the Age per round to 0.

Don't change the Heat per Round, i made an error in the picture
7) To add the cool effect of the beams coming together as they did when you started shooting the Hammer of Dawn, put Bullets
per shot to 5 and the Minimum Spread (Accuracy) to 0.1 and the Maximum Spread (Accuracy) to 0.001
It all should look like this:


9) Now go into the Dependencies/LoneIDs window and change the Proj Tag to objects\weapons\rife\sniper_rifle\projectiles\snip er_bullet(1) then save changes. It should look like this:

10) Select the sniper bullet (proj tag) again and press goto tag.
11) Go to it's Dependencies\LoneIDs and change the Cont Tag to effects\objects\vehicles\wraith\turrets\mortar\projectile(1)
Change the foot-effect to foot-effects\materials\objects\vehicles\scarb_beam (if it's not on Turf, you'll need inject the weap - scenarios\objects\covenant\military\scarb\weapons\main_gun\scarb_main_gun from Turf or Metropolis [New Mombasa])
change the snd! tag to snd!-sound\ambience\device_machines\scarab\scarab_fire\in
you can try to change the jpt! tag to the scarab's but i haven't tested it.

Now open the contrail editor. Look for mortar\projectile. Make both the upper and lower color: Red=255, Green=75, and Blue=0.
