in your halo 2 name.
So, lets start!
first, a list of what you will need:
- xvi32
xsavsig005
halo 2 wingdings
halo 2
a modded xbox
the ability to ftp to your xbox
Ok, i suppose you have these, so we can begin.
first, start a FTP connection with your xbox, and go to your UData folder and then to 4D530064
then check the folders for a file named profile.
select it and FTP it to your computer.
Then, open halo 2 wingdings.
Now its time to get creative. just click some buttons and add some text.
after you got a nice name, click generate hex code.
you should see the following:
Now, open up XVi32. This is a free and very good hex editor.
go to file and then open. Then select your Profile file.
you should see the following:
Now copy the hex code from Halo 2 wingdings to your hex editor, by selecting the 9th byte and copying the h2 wingdings hex code by hand starting from that point.
When you are finished, click file save.
Now we are almost finished, we need to resign the gamesave, by opening xsavsig. type AGREE in the box at the bottom.
then, go to the dropdown box and select halo 2.
after that, browse to your profile that you have just edited with xvi32 and hit open.
then, hit apply. when its done, click ok so the program will close.
Now for the last part, FTP the profile back to your xbox and play !
thats it, now you can also have pictures in your name !
