Paint Shop Pro .dds PlugIn

I just started playing with the bitmaps and I have PSP8, but it does not open dds files. I did some searching on the web and found this.
Just put this in your PSP PlugIns folder and that's it.

I didn't make this, I found it on the web. Maybe if you look at the other plugins you can find someone who can convert it.

Thank you for posting this. i myself spent over 3 days looking for it (on and off) on the net and i finally found it about 3 months ago but w/e this will help tha n00bs n' i'm sure they will 'preciate it.

well if you have PaintShop pro, you can use this plugin to convert a file that is in PaintShop pro over to a dds so you can inject it into the game.

yeah but how do i make it so it fits properly, like so the skin isn't all messed up and like the arm skin is on the master chiefs arm

i tried editing the skin on photo shop, but when i go to insert it it says it must be dxt2 or dxt3. how do i make that???

When you save it click on dxt2 and dxt3.

it only has the dxt3 option, and it still dosn't work, and it dosn't have the dxt2 option. Can someone just give me a cool skin.
