Well the link you made doesnt come with the .dll file you need to use it

here let mee correcct this it is an image converter i use it , it's very reliable heres the .dll and .exe RUN THE DLL BEFORE USING CONVIM:

is there any way i can get a plugin for this to make it able to convert a bmp to a DXT2 or 3, because right now it only works for dxt1.

Yea that wouldnt be such a bad idea........cause most of the textures i edit is dxt2 or 3.

Hey um, i tried this out, and it worked fine. But then when i went to run halo it came up with an error. It said to run dxdiag and i did. The dll from the convim did something though idk what cuz i traced it back to it doing system restores and trying it again, anyone else had this problem? or anyone kno how to get around it?

i convert keyes head to jpeg, but i cant open it in paint. Doesnt paint support jpeg?
