HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Not sure if this is the correct section,,
i was just wondering if anyone would be intrested in looking in to gta iv modding ?
i only ask here at halomods, because halo mods is such a dedicated and great community, full of great people and ideas.

please post here with idaes/ thoughts.

It actually has already been looked into but I'm not sure how far it got. I know somebody who did, just not sure where they went with it.
