Halo 3 legendary

i just got the halo 3 legendary edition off of ebay, and i checked the number on it and it said 247 of 711 on a little metal piece that had mountain dew stamped into it. is this like a special edition legendary halo 3 i just randomly got or what?

From what I read on eBay, I guess Mountain Dew sponsored them, and got their own Legendary Edition. That's pretty awesome though!
