So... who else is going to make love to this game?

It's not even about ninjas. Also, what other ninja games are there..?

Halo is just Doom with aliens instead of demons, fact.

Also, Ninja Gaiden, although the gameplay doesn't even look remotely similar. To me, it seems like GTA during a different era...it looks like it has a story/main objective, but like it'd just be more fun to fuck around with for 10 minutes killing everything possible. And of course, then it'd get boring.

I don't plan on getting it, aside from the CE looking very nice, it just doesn't appeal to me.

Mhm. The gameplay isn't really similar to any other game.

Huge world. Not like any "ninja games" I can recall.
Interactive cinematics.
Unique combat system.
Cool fight/death sequences.
Exploration, mainly upwards.
Stealth or brute force approach to targets.
AI that actively reacts to your actions in the world and your appearance.

I'm more interested in finding something identical to another game of this type. If you have some to present, please do so so I can compare them.

I haven't been following it much to fuly know the appeal but from what I have seen its a similar to GTA game in different ero like GTAF said.

I'll get demo (if ever) or wait for some form of reviews or something first.

After finally finding some videos, I actually sort of like it. Though it still seems to have that ninja/prince of persia feel to it.

It looks like the champion's version of Prince of Persia. I do so love the Prince of Persia. Had I a 360, I would totally get this game.

Me too. The Demo did suck. Everything was scripted. It was the beginning level ( you would know that if you played the game.)

The Later levels are the more enjoyable ones.

I think Assassin's Creed looks awesome. I'm waiting for a public demo. Wasn't there a demo at the Tokyo Game Show?

Looks like a mix of Prince of Persia and Thief. I disliked both.

I actually sort of liked Thief, until it got too into the supernatural. Prince of Persia was probably the only game of that genre that I actually considered "fun" (only played Sands of Time and the really old original)

Thanks for the links, otherwise I might've never checked this out. I'll read up on it but I've mostly only heard about it from what my friends have said. Sounds like something I'd love.
