Okay well let me start off by saying MLG is awsome of course its Leet gamers but many other types of tournaments such as EGL "Electronic Gaming League" and CPL "Computer Players League" get over looked so i was wondering what you prefer MLG EGL or somthing else
I personally like EGL just because there not as big and not as many hot heads as at an MLG competition and the rules are a little bit different like more time in FFA to try and win ect.................. but thats just me

I personally find MLG a joke. Watch out for the MLG gamers. There hardcore and kick ass with a battle rifle. I don't think that makes you very good at the game as a whole if all you do is use the same weapon. It's boring and lame. Everybody in that little "league" just tries to perfect there battle rifle headshots. I hate MLG and have personally slaughtered plenty of these "major league gamers" in a game of slayer. So there's nothing that makes them "major league". Makes me laugh.

You're really bad at the game Halo 2.
I went professional at MLG Anaheim 2006 back in July for Halo 2, haven't gotten enough of it yet.

I love MLG gametypes - they're more balanced, skill-based, and competitive. It's a lot more fun and interesting than spawning with some piece of crap SMG that can't hit anything more than 10 feet in front of me, leading me to get continuously owned by people who have weapon control due to better spawns or luck or whatever.
The people you've played in regular Team Slayer on Xbox Live are likely a bunch of posers who throw MLG in their name to make themselves look cool. Talented MLG players are often much better at Team Slayer than people who don't play MLG gametypes. The only real joke here is Matchmaking - I got my 40 in Team Slayer with minimal effort involved.

No sponsor.
The Negotiators finished 2nd round pro bracket, though.
Calm down.
