VERY well done. i'm glad to see that modders have this power and freedom with the source engine. the lip-syncing and facial expressions were even better than what i was expecting. much better.
the only problems I have is some minor rendering issues, and every now and then the speech was mismatched to the lips a bit.

It was done mostly in the Source engine's Face Poser system. Some times words get a little off. It's a great tool that comes with Half Life 2 You can use nearly any character model and make them say whatever you want.

ya i have the same thing to. But still they did a very good job.
