I'd be curious if he tried anything in the FAQ on the bioware website. That'd be the normal course of action, checking for first party support.

1) This thread never reached the objective it was opened for. My post gives a sense to it.
2) Maybe someone else is having (or will have) the same problem, and when he/she will "Google" for the solution (as suggested above) he/she will find it here with no need to ask somewhere else.
