The orange box or Halo 3?

Discuss whatever you want about video games and gaming in general. Be nice though.. fanboys will get a swift kick in the nuts.

Don't know if you understand what I said.

I ask again, can you buy the bundle at a store like Wal-Mart, instead of having to buy it off of steam?

If you buy the bundle you save mega bucks seeing how you get all of that shit (normally $129) for only $50, a total savings of $79.

And besides, Portal is only $20, and team fortress is only $30.

What I really want is Half Life Episode 1+2, Portal+TF2, so yeah, i'm not going to buy those all individually.

Portal isn't that large of a game.
The end of EP2 was depressing.

although the games in orange box are pretty sweet, orange box is a bundle, not an actual game, so you couldn't say orange box would be game of the year because it's simply an offer and not an actual game.

i'd say it's most likely halo 3. from my limited gaming perspective no other huge games have come out this year.

Seriously though I am really enjoying Portal. Still playing through Half-Life 2 just to refresh my memory of the story and whatnot.

Still Halo3. The multiplayer aspect is all that really matters to me and I can't get used to TF2...

Half Life and Halo have always been kind of hard for me, but Halo 3 would definatley win.
