It wasn't supposed to be applied specifically to you...Tural meant it generally...Meaning everyone. So just because you are some special person who enjoys a game you can't control, doesn't mean everyone else will/should/could. But persistance is a good thing too

Shadowrun it seems is plagued with shithouse service in Australia I've read...I'm glad I didn't pay the cheaper price than you guys have to pay to get it.

personally i just bellive shadowrun is not worth it, because its just only multiplayer and only works with people with gold live

I quite like the game. Just like JK said, it's basically Counter-Strike with Magic and... uhh... tech.

@ Tural and people who think this game is complicated: The game can definitely (sp?) seem challenging, but it's really quite simple. When you start, you have a pistol, two grenades, and a small chunk of change. You have three "QuickMap" spots on your controller to map spells and tech. Theese are the RB, LB, and LT.

By default, the grenades start in LB. You recieve $2000 to buy whatever you want. All but one of the techs cost this price (AntiMagic generators cost $1500), and about 3/4 of the Magic abilities are this price. As for weapons, you can get an SMG or Rifle for $500, a Shotgun for $750, a Sword for $1000, or a Minigun for $1250. The other guns are too expensive in the first round.

So, the first round is simple: Buy either a tech, a magic ability, or a weapon (Unless you are a human, then you get $2500 to start with, and can buy a sniper for $2250, and the magic ability Teleport for the same price, or you can mix and match a weapon with your magic/tech) which isn't too complicated, really. It may sound like it, but just give the game a chance, you'll start to get the ins-and-outs.

The only thing I don't like about shadowrun is that I find fighting against dwarves and elves in an FPS kinda well, stupid. IMO of course.

I believe it to add a new dimension to gameplay. The Dwarves are small and have OK health, but they're not too fast because of the little knobs that pass for legs, plus they regen their essence quite slowly. All you really have to do is aim down a little bit. As for elves, what's the deal? They have the least health of everyone, but they are very fast and slowly regen health to make up for it. If anything, they're easier to hit because they're the second largest person in the game.

TL; DR. Anyway, this sounds like more of the BS the guy I was playing with gave me. Its still over-complicated and generally not fun.
