it's pretty obvious that the covenant would win. They have advanced technology, brilliant battle tactics, and cannon fodder(grunts). If it was an infantry battle the covenant would also win because of their mass amount of soldiers. The only reason spartans win is because they are smarter and more improvisive than the covenant. Besides if the locusts could somehow repell the covenant, the covenant could just turn the planet to a boiling snow globe. :twisted:
