Maybe this is live feed from a demo playing on a server, and the person could just play an animation on a loop.

It the broken bus window, There is a red sign that says "CAPCO" And this loads from CAPCOM every so often.. And in the far rigth back corner that sign reads something like PTANT

Kinda hard to watch for anything now it's flashing

Same spot for me.. But the recording thing is now blinking? I don't think I noticed this the first time..

Watch it for a min. I just checked on it and it was at the old spot. Nomore than a min later i saw the kid. Then right after that the camera changed to the new angle.

Edit:BTW the second timers couting down now...
