I'm replaying Majora's mask now...I never got to finish the whole game I don't remember why...But so far its awesome...I just wished it would run at a higher resolution...Just nitpickery.SHOUTrvb wrote:Zelda takes the cake for me. I suggest you try Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Can't really say its a series itself, but the storyline is great. Its like the cold war with all this crazy espionage and crap. The gameplay is pretty good too. It pretty much answers most of the questions at the end, but while you are playing it you are thinking 'wow, this really has depth.'Tural wrote:Apparently not good ones, based on your comment. No games I have seen, played, or heard of come anywhere near the depth of the story Halo has. There's so much unknown about it; between the books, games, ARGs, and other references, the complexity of the story is unmatched. Is there a game you'd like to present that gives enough to know that there is a backstory that is unknown and mysterious, yet doesn't fully explain it, as it waits for a proper time to do so? Although, I will tell you right now, you won't change my mind. It's mostly rhetorical. Regardless of what you say, you won't change my opinion about it, because if playing the games haven't done so, your explanation wouldn't either.
In short: I like the Halo story, and I am not open minded to others' arguments.
Favorite series? Halo.
I really dislike GTA. I've played a bunch of the games, but in every one the gameplay is the exact same. The new games are more like updates, that just add a few more things to what was already a somewhat boring game as it was.
