Quad-core, eh? Just make sure you enable all four to be running at all times in the BIOS, or else you'll have a dual-core until all 4 cores are needed.

Quad core isn't really necessary, unless you plan on running Folding, SETI, or other multi-CPU applications a lot...and you could've spent $5 more and gotten an OEM 500GB hard drive. Other than that, good setup overall.
