This has happen to me 3 times in my life(That I can remember)
I wake up with racing thoughts, Its always like something is too much or too big and I want it to get smaller.
My stomach hurts, my body twitches, and my heart races.
First time(Year ago) It happen It was in the middle of the day after waking up.
Second time(1 or 2 months ago) It was in the middle of the night and I woke up randomly.
Third time was around 2 AM today and I woke up randomly.
Today I took a hot shower while it was happening and after awhile in the shower It finally stopped and I went back to normal.
I was just wondering if this has happen to anyone or if anyone has an explanation.

Thx.

You need to add -ed to the end of your words...

No. Ask a doctor.

I've had it happen once hurt like hell.
i would suggest contacting a physician for it maybe a sign of a heart murmur or a symptom of epilepsy.

Something like that happens to me.
I'll kind-of float off into space and think about something really stupid, and I'll think "Wait, that can't happen", and my head will freak out on me and I'll twitch a little. Or sometimes it will happen with other things; like I started to twitch when I realized I can't actually see behind the computer screen. It feels like those dreams when you think you're falling off a cliff, and you wake up thinking you're falling, but you're not.
But yeah, a doctor would be a good idea.

I found out the same stuff used to happen to my older sister, she says that it hasn't happen to her in years though.

But, yea Xeno2 I was born with major heart problems that went away.

OH MY FUCKING GOD I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD WHO HAD THIS.

Seriously, I saw the first line and went crazy.
Its always like something is too much or too big and I want it to get smaller.
That's a good description, I've never been able to describe it. And I never feel pain either, more of a discomfort or feeling of fear.

Something like this seems understandable, but I must say I've never experienced it myself.

I was born with major heart problems as well. The problems went away, and I've experienced this before. More frequently than you though, it happens to me at least twice a month.

I thought it might be something like that.
when i had a problem several years ago i had a large heart murmour and during that time i would sit still thinking and suddenly feel like ive just jumped from a 20 story building and sort of jump out the seat.

Hmm...

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but I was once awoken when something in my dream hit me in the face. Doesn't seem quite the same, though.

this happens to me quite frequently, mostly on nights where it takes me hours to fall asleep from thoughts running through my head.
