My father is a lawyer, and sometimes his clients do not have the money to pay him. So they give him things of good value. One of his clients gave him a 1000 GPS a few years back. It recently broke, and we went to Best Buy to try to get a replacement part for it. Well they did not have the extra part because that line of GPS has been discontinued. So they gave us a 500 dollar store credit and a 500 dollar GPS system (Magellan Maestro 5310).
It is still in the box, never opened or tampered with.
