Any of our friendly Toronto dwellers want to share firsthand experience? From videos and pictures of it, the initial explosions looked pretty damn huge.

Jeebus! That looks bad. How visible is the fire, people of Toronto (Torontonians? Torontans? To-ranians?)?

i watched a video this morning, it looked pretty damn serious, but thank god there were only 2 injuries, and it's a miracle nobody died (from what i've heard so far).

i'll browse around for more videos/stories, this is pretty interesting. explosions are awesome.

Crazy. That would be kind of scary to see, unless you knew what was happening :/

Thats nuts. Glad to hear minimal casualties, but still...

Would have been about 20 mins from where I lived if I didn't move to the middle of nowhere a couple weeks back. From the looks of it, quite a number of people were awake. They blocked off about a 2 km area between Keele, Wilson, and Dufferin. Hmmm, only loss to the average person would be the blockage of Dufferin mall, on top of the fact that they evacuated everyone in that radius to York University, which is already quite over populated. Now Toronto has propane flying around in the atmosphere, so who knows what it can cause too.
