Basically, it's being considered to ban him from practicing law for 10 years. I don't know how this will go through, but I don't really care.

I've never heard of any.
In order to win any cases, it's probably a good idea to bring a valid argument with you. And the state of crimes truly influenced by video games is at an ultimate low, as it's never existed to my knowledge.

This bad news in my opinion. At least when Jack Thompson was around nobody took anti gaming campaigns very seriously and not many would join in as they would just get lumped in with Jack Thompson and the other loonies. Hopefully no one who is sane takes a stand against video games.
