Free Web-Based Adobe Photoshop?

This is for those who don't have CS3. I'll probably not use it (CS2 is fine for me), but it's still pretty cool.

I don't like web based apps. They don't have the security of just using everything locally.
I've tried them, though.

Or perhaps Adobe is going to hack you?
Adobe is doing this for
convenience.
