Has anyone else noticed that Photobucket has been down for like a month now? Does anyone know what happened to it? And does anyone know when, if ever, it will be back up? Sorry for all the questions, but I have quiet a bit of stuff saved on Photobucket that I would hate to lose.

It is indeed up, My guess is ur ISP isnt allowing you to access the site. It happens, years ago when I had AOL there were certain sites that wouldnt load for me.

Yeah that must be it. Is there any encryption I can use in Firefox to get around it? I would rather not use a proxy all the time for it. I had to enable an encryption to my Azureus awhile back because my ISP blocks all BitTorrent traffic.

go to any translating tool like google language tools for instance and translate the website from spanish to english, look at the adress bar and change the "spanish" part of the url to english so its english to english, save this link in bookmarks, this should get u around it.

i used to have a tutorial here on a bunch of methods to bypass web/internet filters that you could try to see what was up, but i can't seem to find it. maybe it's lost to the sands of time? but if there's a deeper method of searching than the one linked to in the header of the page or google that someone could try, maybe it'd turn something up. searching for "bypass z@nd!" would probably narrow it down alot.

Yeah the translation thing works, but the major thing is that if I want to see pictures on different websites that are hosted on Photobucket I have to do the same crap. Major inconvenience!

I participated in the original forum post you speak of.

I just wish there was an easier way so that I would not have to worry about it. Like make it where my ISP has no idea where my packets are going or coming from. I will see if I can find that post.
P.S. It got lost when the file forums and the user forums got converged. I remember having to find it once after the merger.
Edit:
Here it is!
