Travelocity Roaming Gnome Secretly an Underpants Gnome?

Recent reports indicate the Travelocity Roaming Gnome(above) is secretly a Underpants Gnome(Below Top). These rumors started when this picture(Below Bottom) was leaked onto the internet. Tho the similarities in appearances seems to be an obvious give-away, much speculation remains.
