Discuss your favorite foods, how you like them cooked, and why.
My favorite food is a Triple Bacon CheeseBurger, Home made, with 4 pieces of whole american cheese slices. cooked at medium, all in between 2 sourdough buns... mmm... im eating one right now!

I love seafood. My favorite is probably, mahi. I usually let it sit in lemon, and some herbs for a while. Then I grill it with tomatoes, and hot peppers. I always blacken it. I think it tastes awesome. My second favorite would have to be Sushi, I love sushi.
