Command prompt pops up at startup

Okay, so here's the deal. I recently installed this thing called Vista Customization Pack that made my XP look like a Vista. But then I start to hate it so I decided to uninstall it. But now whenever I startup my computer, this command prompt pops up and says "Rebuilding icon cache." When I exit out the command prompt another window comes up that says "Shell Icon Cache was rebuilt!" I need to know how to make these stuff go away, help!
