I had the TV on and the power went out cause of a storm, it was on a surge protector.
How can I fix it?

Uh, not the same thing. (Plus, you can undo the magnet's effect. =x)

Dang, either your hue saturation setting on your computer messed up, or the surge got to screen real well to mess it up, the same way magnets do, as said above.

Well, first try editting hue/saturation to reverse the effect. If not, call tech support and if they don't know(probably won't), then what do you have to lose? Might aswell pull out the drill and all.

...You do realize you just hold the drill in front of it with a magnet, you don't actually touch the TV.. right?

Well, nevermind then, I just fixed it.
I turned on the TV, unplugged the powersurge that it is connected to, I plugged it back in(I did get shocked a bit), and I turned on the TV and it works.
