Well, when i was walking home from church my friend runs up and says "Oh my god, look at this" He hands me the newspaper, Front headline is FIRE KILLS BOY; STEP BROTHER CHARGED. I read the name, its a close friend of mine. This kid isn't the kind of boy that would set a fire. I've known him for quite awhile and nothing ever hinted that he would do something like this. A nice 14 year old kid turning into an arson and killing his 4 year old stepbrother. It says in the paper that his plan was to set the house on fire and steal the car. Happy Easter eh? :\

Let's let the court system figure out whether he's guilty or not. Ok?

I hate it when the media says that someone is guilty of something, before the trial even starts. They have no place to say such things.

It says no where in there that he is guilty, just arrested under suspicion that he did it.

Hooray for arresting people and holding them without any true evidence! Speedy trial, my ass, I bet it'll drag on forever.

Yes, it does say that he did it. (Or at least was planning to, which I would say qualifies as attempted arson.)

He is not not guilty until proven beyond reasonable doubt to a Jury of 12 people.
But I must say, it was a genius plot, if only he was not a retard and muff it up.

I'm not saying that he is guilty in any way, but that the media is implying that he is guilty, when they have no place to say such things. That's what I'm trying to say.

no they have no place but it may also go againbst him as i doubt none of the jurers watch TV and although they might not know it they could be influenced by the media.

Look what happened to Britney Spears. The media has been hassling her so much that she probably just shaved her head and said, "Here's something you can really go crazy with."
I hate the media and their senseless propaganda.

sometimes things just happen, maybe he was using the stove or something and he accidentally lit something flammable panicked didn't know how to put it out and ended up lighting the house on fire. Also may i add that some people suffer from depression and hide their inner most thoughts from their closest relatives and friends.

He poured gas all through the hallway and his sisters room, and their oven is downstairs, where their grandparents live, the bottom part is not burnt.
