HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Iv researched and experimented with the PSDK plug-in, developed for the C++ program. One of the main reasons i need it is because i cant use my windows.h files without the proper firectories in the PSDK download. There-in lies my problem, i cant download it. The insatallation just freezes so i cant finish the installation.

coudln't you just use a different IDE like Dev-c++?

lol. sorry, but i already tried dev and in my opinion it sucks. It dosnt set up the documents i want and the folders/files i want to begin with yet microsoft visual does. So i dont like Dev. thanks for your post but ill still be awaiting for another response. Thank you all i love this site.
