MS Paint Add-Ons

Does anyone know of any MS paint add-ons or if any can even be made? Because I want to make good skins and I am too cheap to buy Photoshop.

So are there any or can any be made because I have made Photoshop plugins before.(one's that didn't work at all,so I put them all on a floppy disk and then burned the floppy.

And no, I don't think it's possible to make MS Paint add-ons or plugins. Get GIMP.

phail?does that mean it's a bad sig or is it just poorly made?By the way,I had Gimp but I had to remove it.Oh well.MS paint was bad anyways if you don't know how to use it.

Paint.net is a free alternative similar to photoshop and I hear the same about GIMP...TRy those
