Assassin's Creed - Looks hella fun to play
Project Offset - Haven't looked into this much recently, but when they first showed videos from inside the engine, it was amazingly kickass for the time they were dispayed.

C&C3 for it's awesomeness.
Flight Simulator X with DX10 (does it already support it?) because it's DX10.

Me. I mean, it's cool looking, but I couldn't care if it comes out tomorrow or in 2 years.

EDIT: Agreed r0tten, didn't see your post. I just wanted to get it off of my chest.

A game that I was looking forward to, but now that's it out I'm getting soon, is Supreme Commander. It looks really cool for the scale of battle and actual tactics that you have to use.

Hey guys...so, topic at hand, sup?

But anyway, yeah...I was gonna say that shadowkhas (going to buy Supreme Commander in the near future), but I kinda figured this topic was about unreleased games. Supreme Commander is pretty fun, but it's not as easy to jump into and start playing like Command and Conquer...and the tutorial option at the main screen brings you to a web page. I was kinda expecting a script based "This is mass, this is your source of income, blah blah" kinda tutorial where they give you a base and such.
