i see nothing wrong with it. all it really is is a method to allow for the tracking of those sending threatening letters, i cannot even think of a way for the government to abuse this, as most letters are not sent anonamously.

this wouldn't be so bad if they'd have just told us. instead, they just slip it in under our noses. thus, there's reason for us to be angry. this isn't anything as serious as the AT&T mass internet sniffing, but this is definitely a gateway.
