As some of you will know, I am one of the biggest Disneyland geeks of all time. I know almost everythink you could ever want to know about the place. I should be able to answer any question you have about the place. Questions such as:
How do the ghosts in the Haunted Mansion work?
Where are the secret areas of the park?
When is the 9:00 parade?
Heres an example of what GTA asked me on aim.
GTA:Why do the lazy employees ride around on segways? Too good for walking?
Locke: The people that ride around on Segways area mostly area managers and top brass for the park. They use segways to move between areas of the park quickly and efficiently to deal with every day problems that can occur.
So feel free to ask me any questions you have about Disneyland(or any other disney theme park) and I will be happy to answer them.

Do they really have an underground waste mangement system there?

Yes, but that is in the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. It's actualy right behind splash mountain(or the emporium. I've only been in the water treatment areas and trash areas once). I'm pretty sure its behind Splash though.
The trash system works like this. Beneath the Magic Kingdom is an underground tunnel system called the Utilidoors. It is actualy at ground level, and the theme park is built in the second story. Trash goes down into the tunnels which shoot the trash through series of pipes to the waste management area.

Is Walt Disney frozen for a future purpose?
And if so, is that purpose to eat Cuban children?

Well, Pirates started off as a Wax Museum. Guests could have dinner at the Blue Byou then walk downstairs and see pirates made of wax. Pirates began construction in 1961(along with New Orleans Square and Haunted Mansion). In 1964-65, Disney was being sponsered by other companies to do exhibits for the worlds fair. The rides Disney made were It's a Small World, Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, and the Carousel of Progress. When they returned to work on Pirates, the idea seemed rather primitive. So the imagineers made Pirates into a ride by using a system similar to It's a Small world. They used Audio-Animatronics(same system Lincoln used) to make the pirates come to life. The ride was finaly completed in 1967.

No. Walt Disney was cremated after he died.

Id like to know their annual income...they must rake in a ton. But yet again they spend a ton. So just the profit.

Disneyland has a secret level, under the park for staff. Proof? If you look in the trashcans there are trap doors that drop the trash down into the underground level to get smashed and bagged by employees

. I went under there once for a school trip. It was awsome

.
EDIT:
Here is a tunnel map I found:
EDIT #2: This is in C/\|_1F012|\|1/\ (aka California).
