http://www.chacha.com is like google but you can have real time assistance through a qualified search analyst through a java chat.

It seems to be really slow, and I know it's not my internet. I searched "dogs" and a blank screen with nothing on it comes up (apart from the logo of the site, etc.)

it seems to have a lot of lag due to the increasing influx in new visitors, there servers were not expecting to be posted on thousands of different forums and have tens of thousands of nerds harrass their employees. so basically it might take a while or quite possibly it might crash with all the traffic they have been getting. Digg is the biggest online forum so i'm sure ALOT of people are doing the same as i did.

if you had read the transcripts they obviously don't mind, they get paid to do this so it probably just relieves them from there otherwise boring day.
