It does suck to be him, I don't think he should be alive anyway.

I would should him in the knees and then let him crawl to the victims of his murderous campaign and let him beg from mercy as they kill him with magnums.
Thank God that bastard finally got what he deserves.

So if they shoot out his knees, hang him by his testicles, and broadcast all of this publicly; then what makes us better than him? Inhumanity is inhumanity is inhumanity - no matter what the circumstances. I'm not saying let him free, hell, they can give him the death penalty for all I care; but let's not take ourselves down to his level.

I was watching this last night around 2am when they were showing it on the news. Interesting to watch.
To THC:
An eye for an eye. This is being done in Baghdad, thus, they have different proceedings than we do. It's hardly "us" doing it.

I say we let him live, only in a room filled with battery acid, broken glass and rusty thumbtacks, it's not castration but it sure as hell would make a great tv show..

most people can and should be forgiven, it's almost never necassary for revenge. but why let someone walk off painlessly after they took the life they were given and used it to make the lifes of others miserable. some people deserve a second chance but not him. we have him many chances. and each time someone else was torutred and killed all because they wanted to live their life the way the wanted to. there's no mercy in a case like his.

I'm against the UN, suck it.
Seriously the UN doesn't do anything good. If I was president I would abolish the UN.

umm, the UN isn't run by the US, it's run by the world's leaders, so how would becoming president allow for the disbanding of the UN?
also, i agree with not bringing ourselves down to his level, but i, personally, had nothing to do with his court trial, actions, or verdict. killing him in unreasonably inhuman ways reminiscent of Saw isn't the action to take, although the jury has decided to kill him, and that is their choice to be burdened with.
nomatter what happens, i still think the middle east is ust going to hell. they have much more violence over there than over here, or other nations, and they don't show any signs of stopping - they never have. all i can do right now is sit by and watch. otherwise, i can rant about it like a million other people, become a major polotician (something i don't want to do) and try to cha it myself, or go in the military (something else i'm not doing) to change it how the US wants to.

1. The UN building is in NYC, pres has control of that.
2. The US is the most powerful nation in the world, they should have no problem abolishing an organization, plus I don't think anyone like the UN so no one would have any problems getting rid of it.

I'm happy to see him receive the death penalty but come on, death by hanging is primitive and barbaric. I understand what he did was wrong but what they decided is down-right uncivilized.
Don't take it that I'm fighting for this guy. I still want him to be sentenced to death.
