I'a aware that a few tag editors for halo2 are Dothalo, Ch2r, ADI but so far I havn't heard of a universale tag editor. An editor that allows you to crack open any xbox game and manipulate it.When will such a program be hatched?I'm sure if it's possible The Swamp Fox would be on it.
Would take way to much time to support all games. Too many file structures to run through. I suppose that someone could spend their time on an editor for the main games, but it would really just be a waste of time to create. Seeing as how there are already many editors for the main stream modding titles.
well do you now if it takes a long time to create these programs because I have a few games that I don't see mods 4 but I would like to alter them,Sims2 for xbox as an example.I don't see mods anywere for it so I would have to create them I'm asking how hard would it be?
Creating the program itself wouldn't be that hard, and depending on the quality, it could be done rather quickly. However, the part that takes time is file research and basically creating a white paper on the games maps or whatever it is you're editing. You'd need to do that before you could even think about starting a program to edit it and that could and would take a very long time.
You run the setup file and just go from there. Then once you have a name made, go to "set up" in the lower right corner of your buddy list, and do add buddy. Then type my sn or the sn of other people you want to talk to.
You can find peoples sn's from halomods by clicking on the little aim button on the bottom of their posts.
I mean no offense here, but if you are fairly new to computers, you are going to have a hell of a modding your Xbox, networking it to your computer, reverse engineering the Sim's 2 code, and writing a tag editor to modify it.
