Your thoughts....

Ok I will describe each problem one by one...

General, Im suspended from school tomorrow, why well its all because of my amazing skill... and for haveing a website! STFU, no lies. Ok so in school today everything was going smoothly until we hit a snag in my road. Here the first problem.

I Was suspened for...
1 - Having a blog! (your thinking = "You have got to be jokeing") nope. Starting off with this, its just plan stupid. Well I guess writing out your thoughts on things can get you into a lot of trouble. Not even the T&C can save you. My "Big mouth" got me suspended! Please go into more detail...
1.a - In the context of

I Guess that simply talking about the admin password is forbidden and you can get suspended

1.b -
Voyde.net Oct-4 wrote:If Anyone BESIDES THE 6 (Possible 7) PEOPLE WHO KNOW ABOUT IT QUESTION IT, THIS OPERATION WILL BE KILLED!!!!!!!!!!
Or simply planning on something so simple as changeing the wallpaper of the computer!

As for the rest. well lets just say a proxy site is a great way to start things...
2.a Someone who uses a proxy went onto the web and downloaded an printed a photo of a "Bat" that had some mean things on it. And they stuck it to the window of a teachers room. With our school being as strict as it is, they found the computer and found the kid. How did I get involved with all this? Well When the kid was caught and taken to the office he claimed that he had gotton to the site through my proxy, (Lie right there he really got to the site because there is a proxy always set-up on that computer) So he put the "Blame" onto me, the school officals went to have a closer look at my site to take a closer look, and found my blog.
posts about a secret plan to (which really was to change all the wallpapers) that worried them so they pulled me down. And started on about my thoughts about a plan.

3 - Photos
Ok this one is mainly my bad. So on more recent day we would have access to network drives. Mainly to be careful what i say a folder with the data(photos) of everystudent in school. I did nothing special to gain access to them, however i said I got them through a year book computer. So they called the art teacher down and she was absolutly disgusted with me. (which also never happen, i never go on year book computers!) anyways i got the photos and they saw it as a way of personal space stuff, which in a nut shell they were saying that I was invadeing personal space. which I could understand.

So Do you think i should be forced on a day's suspension, dropped three of my classes, 2 Of which will save me 1000$ of dollars later in college for getting credits. And one of which is art because they dont trust me on a computer anymore! Whats your view / why?

Meh.

I hate school admin's in general.

We need backpacks; ok they say. Some kids load every book they have causing them to have scoliosis; nay they say.

Solution: As lame as it sounds, have an assembly telling kids that they should have all their books in their backpacks or make longer inbetween time.

They don't care. Why should they? They still get to tote their backpacks and bags. So what if they inconvience the people whose parents pay a lot of money each semester. No, exclude the parents who actually pay. That seems fair. /sarcasm

Then they say: "Hey you know what? We feel like banning laptop cases today."

My first reaction was, and excuse my French, "WTF????!!!!!".

They had no reason for it. So now the 200+ students with laptops with information have to carry the thing around with no case.

We're the administrators we have complete tyrannical rule over you. We don't care what the majority says nor do we care how much it inconviences them as long as it satisfies the sort-of law that says their should be no obstructions in between desk during a fire.

We have never had anybody trip over a back pack. Besides, we are always told to walk to the exit. And I don't think if you carefully walk that you are not going to step over a backpack.

Did I mention that is a pain in the arse to put our backpacks into our lockers (We have no space for them!!!!).

In short, administrators of schools are like your future bosses. Unreasonable and full of shit.

All those school books are completely unnessicary, I only have 1 official book that was handed to me and thats for Geometry, the rest of my classes work just fine without books, the teachers actually teach. My school mostly just uses computers.

Voyde, all I can say man is that sucks ass, "Zuuuuurmg joo have a website......BAN!" Well suspension, but look at it this way, you get a day off school without having to feel guilty of doing something retardedly screwed up. Last time I got suspended, I did something, bad yeah. But the school made it a bigger issue than it needed to be.

Metkiller, wtf, your school doesn't allow you to carry laptop cases? Thats seriously one of the dumbest rules in a school that I've ever seen. You should take away all the teacher's laptop cases (if they have them) lol.

that is fucked up. i feel for ya man... i can see how they'd get concerned about the blog posts, maybe they thought you were going to make the workstations DDoS the printers so they'd run out of ink? i dunno, but regardless i can see where they're coming from on that, even though it's total bullshit and they can't suspend you for that. well, just make sure they know you were just going to change wallpapers, not shoot up the school with over-worked printers.

there's no grounds to suspend you for having a proxy or a web site, although i don't think they're using that as much as they found the blog through that. if they do post having a website as a reason for suspension, then tell them to fuck off and that they have no grounds to.

the pictures? first off, i'm curious as to how you got to them, later on i'll tell you a semi-related story. anyways, so what if you have yearbook pictures? everyone else will eventually. i guess they're just tight-ass, although if you say it's mainly your bad, i guess it is. now for the story:

last year me and my friend figured out our entire county's education district was a big network, every school connected to every other school, sooo... my buddy explores around a bit. most of the other schools don't give our accounts read permission on 70-80 percent of the network drives, and only write permission on one, if any, but he found one with read/write permission on the same drive that happened to hold what looked like yearbook pictures. well, it's some elementary school, so he finds some random picture, opens it in paint, knocks out some of the kid's teeth, gives him an afro and a cigarette, and saves it (as a copy of course). we wouldn't be mean enough to have his actual yearbook picture be messed up like that, although the notion was hilarious at the time, and it was definitely do-able.

Anyone know what Zangle is? Well if you do, the school also thought i had admin access to it haha. I have no clue how it works, the only clue i have about it is i believe its for attendance?

anyway it is BS and trust me tomorrow me, my familys lawyer, parents have a meeting with the principle , assist. principle, and network administrator.

Hellz yea this one is sooo makeing it on CNN!

Free VoYdE!! Free VoYdE!! They will chant it across the globe!

That is total bull, the school has no right to prosecute you for anything outside of the school system, especially not on the internet. Plus you couldn't possibly have been serious. Or were you? Who really cares about a school network, I'd just connect through a different work group on my notebook...
Secondly, you can look up what the proxy is and prove that it isn't yours, plus they have no right to do anything based on the fact that it was yours if it was, it wasn't you doing it.
And the last part is nothing bad at all, if the pictures were available they were available. Period. It's like giving out free cookies to someone and when they take them you say "No cookies for joo!"

My school district is a lot less cruel, but still really retarded in other ways...
